Deze luxe casita van 167 m2 ligt direct aan één van de mooiste grachten van Cape Coral en het is een uitstekende plek om alle lokale lekkernijen van deze magische stad te genieten. Dit is ook één van onze meest betaalbare vakantiehuizen in Zuid-Florida, een populaire keuze voor groepen van maximaal 6 familieleden of vrienden.
De 3 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers profiteren van de ruime opzet en een gescheiden indeling, waarin de master slaapkamer zijn eigen vleugel heeft. Zo heeft iedereen voldoende ruimte voor ontspanning en privacy. Hoge plafonds, talloze ramen, glazen schuifdeuren en het onlangs bijgewerkte designinterieur zorgen voor een look die toegeeflijk en helder is. De woonkamer heeft pluche stoelen, een grote flat screen-tv en een verleidelijke uitzicht op het water. De keuken is voorzien van roestvrijstalen apparaten en een comfortabele eethoek die uitnodigt tot levendige maaltijden. Draadloos internet is inbegrepen.
De master slaapkamer heeft een gigantisch kingsize hemelbed, een ruime master badkamer en een glazen schuifdeur die toegang geeft tot het zwembad. De tweede slaapkamer heeft twee aparte bedden die geweldig zijn voor kinderen, en de derde slaapkamer heeft een queen-size bed en veel licht. Alle slaapkamers zijn voorzien van een flat screen-tv.
De achtertuin doet de vakantie-levensstijl van Zuid-Florida eer aan. Het verwarmde zwembad en de spa met een watervalfunctie zijn volledig beschut en een ruim terras met ligstoelen nodigt uit tot zonnebaden en tropische ontspanning. Het eetgedeelte in de openlucht met een grill garandeert dat er ruimschoots buitenvermaak plaatsvindt. De aanlegsteiger voor boten is voorzien van extra ligstoelen en een tiki hut met sfeervolle verlichting. Het uitzicht kijkt uit op de kruising van twee kanalen, een ideale zitplek om te genieten van een drankje, te zwaaien naar passerende boten en de verstilde schoonheid van deze prachtige locatie te bewonderen.
Cape Coral heeft al vele harten gestolen als ontspannend, leuk en rustig vakantieoord. We had a great stay in this house. Very nice house with everything you need. Enjoyed the poolarea and the "tikihut" a lot. We are already thinking about next trip to this area, and perhaps to this house also.

Great Vacation Home
We stayed two weeks in Cape Coral Waterfront Serenity and we were very satisfied.
House was as good as it looks in pictures. Neighbourhood was very peaceful, no noise from the traffic. There was easy access to FT Myers beach and lot of nice restaurants with short driving distance.
We also liked the bikes and beachstools. Pool and jacuzzi were also great. Nice canalview from the deck.

Great Sunrises
Waterfront Serenity was a very welcome and comfortable home - quite clean and well furnished with everything we needed for our month long stay. We spent much time in the lanai, enjoying morning coffee and great views of the sunrises, even taking some spectacular pictures and relaxing in the spa.The neighborhood was very quiet and we always felt safe. Neil was always helpful and quite prompt; he and Keely were a pleasure to work with.

Best Get Away Ever!!!
Staying at Waterfront Serenity for over a month was such a perfect choice for my hubby and me. We cannot express enough how clean and well appointed the entire home was upon our arrival. They have actually thought of EVERYTHING. Although there is so much to see and do, there were days we just sat at the home and relaxed in the pool. The beds are all very comfy. The property managers, Keely and Neil, were excellent to help us before and during our stay. Fishing in the canal was a fun event as well. We did everything from renting a boat to walking various beaches and shopping in many of the outlets, malls, and various towns. We made so many beautiful memories and met so many wonderful people. We thank God for the owners and property managers of this home who allowed us to stay. The location is perfect--only 40 minutes to the airport. The neighborhood is quiet which we enjoyed while sitting outside at the Tiki hut in the evenings. It was great watching all the boats pass by. This home exceeded our expectations. Thanks again for letting us stay in Waterfront Serenity.

Relaxing week
The home is welcoming, modern and perfect for a family vacation. The beds are comfortable, plenty of pillow options available too! The pool area has enough space to spread out, play, relax and just enjoy family. In the evenings, sitting out at the Tiki hut is a perfect way to end the day. The kitchen has everything you will need to cook any meal, and the grocery is extremely close! We were able to be in contact with the rental agent for any questions, and he was very quick to respond. We will definitely be back to visit.

The pictures and description of this property are very well reflecting the reality. We were very pleased with our stay in Cape Coral Waterfront Serenity, as it well suited our needs and desires. Quiet residential area, nice views and great facilities. A 10 minutes drive to a good grocery store (Publix), a 10-15 minutes drive to a selection of restaurants. Strong recommendatin from our side, a family of 4 including 2 kids.

Love this home. Neil is wonderful to deal with. We have rented this home for the month of March for 2 years. Very unhappy home was rented for next year, without being offered to us. We were extremely disappointed that 2 years of loyal and respectful renters, were not appreciated. We made sure that the home was immaculate when we left,and was well cared for while there.I cannot say anything bad about the home,or Neil, but iRENTA needs to treat good and loyal renters better. A week in the sun!
Gorgeous vacation home! The screened in outdoor area has a beautiful view, a great sized heated pool and hut tub, and comfortable patio furniture! You will want to spend all day and night outside! The inside of the house is beautiful and very clean. The management staff was easy to work with. The perks of this vacation home are the grill, pool floats, beach equipment, bikes, an outdoor tv, as well as a pack n play and a highchair! We absolutely enjoyed our time at this home and will be returning again!

A wonderful time away. House had everything we needed for a relaxing yet fun time as a family of 5. Swimming, cooking, fishing, beach time and some Netflix was just what we needed.
May be time to replace the flags out back as they've become quite tattered. Only issue we had was coffee pot didn't work morning after arrival. Had a replacement within a couple of hours!

Wonderful Christmas get away
Our stay at Cape Coral Waterfront Serenity was just what our family of 5 needed ( we stayed for 30 days). The house has a great floor plan with plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds are comfy. We particularly enjoyed the pool, hot tub, lanai and waterfront tiki hut. We loved watching all the boats cruise by and seeing the fish jumping. The sliders on the back wall of the family room completely open up creating a wonderful indoor/outdoor feel. We could not have asked for a better backyard oasis. We did have some minor issues when we arrived which the management company quickly addressed. They were very responsive to our needs. The family room furniture is on its last leg and really should be replaced. I would recommend replacing some of the finishing in the home as well such as the throw pillows, bath rugs, towels, trash bins etc Not major issues but they did show signs of age/wear. The house is in a convenient location near stores like Target and Publix. Overall, we had a lovely time here and we would happily rent here again.
