Cape Coral Sunset Paradise is één van onze grootste vakantiewoningen op Zuid-Florida's West Coast, een droomvilla van 242 m2 gelegen aan één van de regio's meest prachtige en rustige grachten. Deze geweldige kanjer zal u betoveren en is het perfecte toevluchtsoord tijdens uw vakantie voor groepen van maximaal 8 familieleden of vrienden.
De 4 slaapkamers en 3 badkamers bevinden zich verspreid door de villa voor genoeg privacy, terwijl de gemeenschappelijke ruimtes bij elkaar komen in een comfortabele en sociale "Great Room" lay-out. Gewelfde plafonds, luxe tegelvloeren en architectonische designeraccenten verwennen uw zintuigen. De familie-entertainment kamer is geweldig om samen te komen, met stoelen in theaterstijl en een grote flat screen-tv. De keuken is voorzien van roestvrij stalen apparatuur en voldoende ruimte om gemakkelijk maaltijden te maken. Er is ook een formele woonkamer en een aparte eetkamer met 8 zitplaatsen inclusief een eethoek die uitkijkt over het water. Draadloos internet is inbegrepen.
De master slaapkamer is in een eigen vleugel gevestigd en is voorzien van een kingsize bed, een mooie en zeer grote badkamer met een spa-bad en geeft toegang tot het zwembad. Aan de andere kant bevinden zich twee slaapkamers met kingsize bedden en een comfortabel extra kamertje functioneert als vierde slaapkamer met een slaapbank. Elke slaapkamer heeft een flat screen-tv.
De achtertuin is beschut en weelderig, met een verwarmd zwembad, een spa en een biljarttafel. Geniet van heerlijke diners buiten aan de outdoor eettafel, van het zonnen op de ligstoelen, of geniet van uw tijd samen in de comfortabel ingerichte ontspanningshoek. Het grasveld is geschikt om op te spelen. De privé aanlegsteiger is voorzien van een boot lift en het uitzicht is GEWELDIG: de achterkant is op het westen gericht en kijkt uit op een brede gracht, wat zorgt voor ongelofelijk mooie zonsondergangen, sterrenhemel en een rustgevend uitzicht op de boten die dobberend langsdrijven.
Bezoekers zijn dol op Cape Coral als vakantiebestemming vanwege haar prachtige zandstranden, golfbanen, het familie waterpark en de kanaaltoegang tot de Golf van Mexico. Het Pine Island Sound Aquatic reservaat en de barrière-eilanden Sanibel en Captiva zijn ontspanning oorden met een ruim aanbod voor zonnebaden, parasailing, bootverhuur, vissen, kajakken, oceaan sightseeing en dolfijnen kijken, duiken & snorkelen en nog veel meer. Clean and comfy home from a top rate property management company
This is the second property I am renting from Superior Florida Rentals and I could not be more pleased. As with the first rental, the home was professionally cleaned and spotless on arrival. Also provided were a well stocked kitchen (appliances, utensils, etc.), towels, linens, bikes, and floaties for the pool (the kids loved that!). The home is convenient to a Publix Grocery, Walgreens Pharmacy, and other local businesses. Ft. Myers beach is 20mins away and you can be in Sanibel in 30mins for shell collecting. All bedrooms contain comfortable king beds and the pool area has a separate bathroom with shower. The design of the home is clearly very well thought out and Superior Florida truly lives up to its name in managing the property for guests. When my family and I head back to Florida, we will not hesitate to reach out to Niklas at Superior Florida for our vacation rental.

My wife and I enjoyed a week at this property. Absolutely stunning home. The location wasn't the very best but we were there to relax by the pool, so it was perfect for us. I would rent this home again without hesitation. The only thing the property lacked, was a bottle opener.

Great Experience
My wife, daughter (8 weeks old at the time), and another couple stayed here for a week, and we had a blast. The home had everything you needed, and we were all very satisfied by the condition and location of the home. I would highly recommend this home to other VRBO's we have stayed at. Everything was perfect. The house was the perfect amount of space for our group. We enjoyed the kitchen to make our meals along with the grill. The bedrooms were beautiful along with the master suite going right out to the pool area. We spent a lot of our time relaxing by the pool and hot tub! The perfect house for a relaxing vacation!

Great vacation!
We stayed at this beautiful house from January 23-30 and it was fantastic. The weather didn't cooperate so well so it was awesome to have a heated pool and hot tub to look forward to. Everything we could have needed was there and when we did have a question the owners were readily available. The bikes were a really nice bonus. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone!

Great place for two families to share
We were two families of 4 staying at the Sunset Paradise for 4 weeks. The layout of the house makes it very easy to share between two families, with separate wings for each family. The pool was lovely, and much enjoyed by the kids. Everything was clean and well-kept. Only thing missing were ques for the pool table, as they were all broken.

Our getaway at Sunset Paradise
Our family had a wonderful week while staying at this property. The house was immaculate and very beautiful inside and out. The furnishings were extremely comfortable whether we were inside watching TV or outside lounging by the pool. This home sits on a canal which was a beautiful scene to look out on every day. The neighborhood is lovely, and we felt very safe while taking our daily bike rides. The bedrooms are all very good size, each with a king size bed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to others. The only issue we had was it was difficult to work the TVs at times.

Wow! House in perfect conditions, as if no one had ever lived there! Location nice and quiet and only 25 minutes away from beautiful Sanibel and Captiva Island. All you need nearby and the property managers super responsible. You cant go wrong. I love that next time I go I can leave my beach gear because they provide all you need. Already looking forward to my next stay!

A perfect place for relaxation. The house is perfect for families, it has everything you bred. The house was professionally cleaned, except for the pool. The pool was dirty when we got there, and we stayed for 9 data and the pool wasn't cleaned during that time. The kitchen were well stocked. All beedrooms contains comfortable king beds. I would rent this home again without hesitation.

Immaculate!
This home is immaculate, not a speck of dust anywhere! It's very roomy and laid out perfectly. I'm not sure this is normal but I was very impressed with being set up with all the necessities (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soaps, etc). I would still bring stuff just in case. Location was a ways from the canal lock but the view of homes along the way was gorgeous. We weren't able to use the boat lift since there was a boat stored on it but was able to dock up next to it just fine. Renting/payment/getting in was a breeze.

We spend 4 weeks in this lovely house. Wonderful sunset, very good equipped house (there is everything you need), high kids pool security, bikes. The only thing that didn't work was the tv/music. We conacted the property management, but it still didn't work after their advices how to use it. But this was no problem for us. We wanted to have the house for next year, but unfortunately it is already booked.

Would have stayed a lot longer
if we could have... It was a perfect vacation, we didn't miss a thing. The house has everything you need, from spacious rooms to a well equipped kitchen to the great lanai with pool and pool table. It's very well maintained and was spotless clean on our arrival. Neil from Churchill Property Services came by within hours when we had a small problem with the WiFi in the house. We would come back here anytime!

We did not want to leave!
The house was bigger and even more amazing than we imagined. We basically lived by the pool for 2weeks. The house was everything you need and more ! The proparty manager Niel was just phonecall away and the poolmen was very friendly. If I was to say one negative thing it has to be that all the pans in the kitchen where scarped up and ruined. But we made it work. They should be changed out. But thats the only thing. We would to back tomorrow if we could! We'll be back!

We are very pleased with this house. We were 9 people living togheter, and the house was spacious enough for us. Great poolarea, livingroom, kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms. Nice and clean when we arrived, and the service from the rental office was great. We had one issue and they fixed it at once. We can recommend this house and would love to stay in it again.

Schön mit ein paar Abstrichen
Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön und erholsam. Das Haus liegt sehr schön! Als der Spa nicht funktionierte, wurde sich sofort darum gekümmert und am nächsten Tag dann repariert. Ein paar Punkte möchten wir jedoch anmerken: Es ist in der Beschreibung nicht ersichtlich, dass das vierte Schlafzimmer lediglich ein Klappbett im Office ist. Auch sollte in der Beschreibung darauf hingewiesen werden, dass es sich beim dritten Bad um das Poolbad außerhalb des Hauses handelt. Hätten wir diese zwei Dinge vorher gewusst, hätten wir uns für ein anderes Haus entschieden.
Leider war das Haus bei Bezug auch nicht wirklich sauber. Der Pool wurde dann im Laufe der Woche bedauerlicherweise auch nicht gereinigt. Das kennen wir aus zahlreichen Aufenthalten in Cape Coral anders. Trotz allem ist das Haus sehr schön, der Ausblick einzigartig und die Verwaltung sehr zuvorkommend und nett.

Everything we were looking for!
We are very happy with our stay in the house. It was all we were expecting before coming there, and more! Very tidy, easy instructions, a lot of things we could use in the house such as games, cleaning articles and food accessories. A beautiful house with a great pool area, we couldn’t get our kids to go inside for anything else than food or bedtime. We borrowed bikes and went to the marina for lunch or for shopping groceries, everything was in good condition. Thank you!

Great house for 2 families
We loved staying at sunset paradise. The house was the perfect set up for the two families in our group. We appreciated that 3 rooms had king beds. Plenty of space to spread out and relax. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We also enjoyed being on the canal and going down to the dock. The house had everything we needed. It was super clean and well taken care of. This was our first time coming to southwest, fl and we enjoyed being in Cape Coral. It allowed us to check out Sanibel and lovers key park. I would highly recommend staying at sunset paradise
