Each bedroom in the home is equipped large windows, ceiling fans, and beds with professionally pressed linens and rustic décor. Enjoy a king-sized bed and a television in the master bedroom, with an attached private master bathroom suite. The large master bathroom suite features a wrap-around counter with two sinks and a vanity area, as well as a luxurious oversized shower.
Step outside to a hidden oasis surrounded by tropical foliage, enclosing a large private pool and jacuzzi. Past the pool is yet another secluded area to lounge in a hammock or comfortable patio furniture surrounded by lush landscaping. Delray Beach Southern Charm is appropriately located in a quiet Delray Beach neighborhood that's sheltered from the bustling town center. Atlantic Avenue is the epicenter of the “Delray Beach scene” and it's a lovely bike ride (2 comfortable beach cruisers are located in the garage) or short trip away via the friendly free local shuttle service called The Downtowner (just tip the driver $5). There you can enjoy the place Rand McNally and USA TODAY named “America's Most Fun Small Town!” including art galleries and trendy shops, many restaurants and bars, nighttime entertainment, and more. Delray Beach is a pleasure seeker's adventure!

Wonderful Stay
Had a wonderful time in this charming house in a beautiful neighborhood. Had everything we needed, and was quiet and peaceful, but a quick stroll or bike ride to vibrant Atlantic Avenue. Upon check in we had a couple questions and management was extremely responsive. Heated pool was the cherry on top! Would love to stay again.

Great location with a private backyard
We just came back from staying two weeks in this beautiful home. The house was very clean and the location was amazing. You could walk to downtown Atlantic in about 15 to 20 minutes or a five minute drive to the beach. When we first arrived, there were a few Things missing from the house and when I called Fred the property manager he could not have been more helpful. He was very quick to remedy any situation that came about. Since it is still Covid times we loved the privacy of the backyard because that is where we spent most days. The pool was heated and the hot tub we used everyday as well. The only negative I can say is if you are a sun worshipper the pool area gets minimal sun so we sat on the driveway sometimes. Can’t wait to come back!!
